Al Wafir Marketing Services Company has requested its shareholders, who were officially registered in the shareholder registry on 18 June 2023, to visit the company's office. The purpose of this visit is to collect their dividend payments for the financial year that ended on 31 December 2022.
During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 18 June 2023, the company resolved to distribute cash dividends at rate of 20% per share, equivalent to 20 fils per share. This distribution applies to shareholders whose names are recorded in the company's records as of the AGM date.
Moreover, the company has informed shareholders to visit the Financial Department located at its headquarters at the Central Market for Vegetables and Fruits (Al-Fardah Market), situated in Sulaibiya Agricultural Area, Kabd Road 604 - Plot 8, during the period extending between 10- 23 July 2023.
