Kuwait Bruckner Construction Contracting Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 28 May 2023, at the company's headquarters, and approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to increase the company's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 1.8 million to KWD 5 million, representing an increase of KWD 3.2 million. This increase will be sourced from retained earnings through the distribution of bonus shares at a rate of 177.777% (equivalent to 100 fils per share) to shareholders as of 31 December 2022. This amounts to 32 million shares, and this increase will be allocated to the registered shareholders as of the EGM date, pro rata, to their ownership percentage of the company's capital. Consequently, the EGM approved the amendment of Article (6) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (5) of the Articles of Association.
