International Leasing and Investment Company's Board of Directors has issued an invitation to shareholders for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The meetings are scheduled to take place on Sunday, 18 June 2023, at Nassar Tower, 25th Floor, Qibla - Sheraton Roundabout. The agenda includes discussions on the financial statements covering the financial years 2020, 2021, and 2022, as well as deliberations on the company's future and the cancellation of its capital increase.

The Board of Directors emphasized that if the required quorum for either the AGM or EGM were not met, a rescheduled meetings will be held on Sunday, 25 June 2023, at the same time and location mentioned above
