Future Global Communications Company announced that pursuant to the resolution issued by its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday, 24 May 2023, where all proposed items on the AGM agenda were approved, including the recommendation issued by the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividend equivalent to 25 fils per share, based on the nominal value of the shares. The total amount of cash dividend to be distributed is KWD 246,78, after deducting treasury shares. The dividends will be allocated to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the AGM date, subject to receiving the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

Future Global Communications has advised shareholders to visit Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC), located at Sharq – Arabian Gulf Street - Ahmed Tower – 5th Floor, during official working hours, starting from Wednesday, 14 June 2023, to receive their cash dividend.
