Kohinoor One Holding Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 13 April 2023. During the meeting, shareholders approved an amendment to Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation. The revised article states that the company is established in accordance with the Companies Law and the company’s Articles of Association. It is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company known as Almas Holding Company (Kuwaiti Shareholding Holding Company). This amendment received the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
