Al-Qurain Automotive Trading Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, 18 April 2023. The EGM approved listing the company’s’ shares for trading on Boursa Kuwait and instructed the board of directors to undertake all necessary procedures, contracts, and studies required for the listing. The board of directors will present the results of these efforts to the shareholders and seek their final approval for the listing through an invitation to hold an EGM.

However, it is worth noting that some shareholders owning 3,718,043 shares (both principal and by proxy) have expressed reservations without providing any specific reasons. These shares represent approximately 3.843% of the total capital shares, considering the offering of treasury shares.
