The AGM has been scheduled to discuss the election of three new members who will serve to complete the current session of the company's board of directors. These new members will be elected to replace those who have resigned. Additionally, alternate members of the Board of Directors will also be elected during the AGM.
In the event that the legally required attendance quorum was not met for the current meeting, the company has stated that it will be postponed to a later date, specifically Thursday, 13 July 2023. The postponed meeting will retain the same agenda and take place at the same venue as the original meeting. It is important to note that this announcement serves as a valid notice for the postponed meeting, and there is no need for the company to repeat the invitation procedures.
