The Board of Directors of United Oil Projects Company announced to shareholders that it will start distributing 12% cash dividend (i.e., 12 fils per share), for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, effective Monday, 5 June 2023 for eligible shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Sunday, 7 May 2023.

The Board of Directors advised that the cash dividend distribution shall be directly transferred to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders registered in the e-Dividend service offered by Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC) through local banks or branches of foreign banks.

Shareholders who are not registered in the e-Dividend service to receive automatic transfer service are advised to check with their banks to activate this service and receive the dividend distribution on the scheduled date, or alternatively check with Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC).
