The Board of Directors of City Group Company has made an announcement regarding the resolution passed during the (deferred) Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 2 May 2023. It has been decided to distribute a cash dividend of 17.5% of the capital (equivalent to 17.5 fils per share) to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the due date on 25 May 2023.

The Board of Directors of “Citigroup” stated that the distribution of profits will start as of Wednesday, 31 May 2023, by transferring cash dividend to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders who are registered with the e-Dividend service. 

Shareholders who are not registered in the e-Dividend service are advised to check with their banks to activate this service and receive the dividend distribution on the scheduled date, as per the instructions posted on Kuwait Clearing Company’s website.
