Ward Leasing and Finance Company, held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 5 January 2022, and approved to change the company’s name and activity from a financing and investment company to a holding company. It was also approved to amend Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of the Articles of Association, as follows: The company’s name is (Ward Holding) a Kuwaiti Shareholding Holding Company.
