Khabari Holding Company will hold its Annual General meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 30 May  2023 for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 to discuss the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and the Sharia Supervisory Board’s report, as well as the violations and penalties issued by the regulatory authorities (if any), and the related parties transactions report. 

Khabari’s AGM will discuss and approve the financial statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute profits for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, as well as the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to pay renumerations to board members, and to absolve them of any liabilities related to their legal, financial, and administrative actions for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

The AGM will also discuss the Board of Directors’ recommendation that shareholders fulfill their zakat obligations for the financial year 2022. Additionally, the AGM will address discussions regarding the company's restructuring, future plans, and the potential divestment from its subsidiary, Durrat Aldar Properties. 

Moreover, Khobari’s AGM will also discuss accepting the resignation of the members of the Board of Directors and electing a new Board of Directors for the next three years.
In addition to the appointment or re-appointment of the auditor and the Sharia Supervisory Board for the financial year 2023 and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
