The Board of Directors of Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company announced to the company’s shareholders that as of 9 May 2023, the company will start distributing 10% (i.e., 10 fils per share) cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the AGM date. 

The company's board of directors said that shareholders registered for e-Dividend services with Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC) shall have their dividends electronically transferred to their bank accounts. Shareholders who were unable to register for the e-Dividend service for the distribution of profits or who have any inquiries about these distributions should check with KCC.
