International Invest Company was incorporated with an authorized and issued capital of KWD 45 million. The company’s objectives are to act as an investment portfolio manager, collective investment scheme manager, investment advisor, underwriting agent, and custodian.

The Company may participate with other entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad, directly or on behalf of third parties, provided that they are Islamic Sharia compliant.
