KFH Financial Brokerage Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 10 April 2023 at the company's headquarters, and approved to amend Article (5) and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, as follows:

A securities broker registered in Boursa Kuwait. The company may not carry out any other business other than what was mentioned in the previous paragraph, especially speculative trading in securities or any other commercial or real estate business. Excluded from this prohibition mentioned in the previous paragraph is what the company may invest its money (which does not exceed half of its total capital and reserves in long-term investment shares) as well as what it purchases of real estate for the purpose of using it as its offices or housing for its employees. - Brokerage operations related to buying and selling foreign currencies, commodities, precious metals, and related spot instruments. Utilize the Company's surplus to invest it in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies. Provided that the company's practice of these activities does not result in building immediate or forward positions in foreign currencies in its favor or practicing the activity of exchange companies. 

The Company may participate with other entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad, directly or on behalf of third parties.
