Kuwait Remal Real Estate Company (REMAL) has been delisted by Boursa Kuwait on Thursday, as the company failed to meet the new requirements necessary for the stock's return to trading. The decision to cancel the company’s listing was due to material observations found on their financial statements, which ended on 31 December 2022. The delisting resulted from the company's non-compliance with Articles 1 and 3 of Resolution No. 173 of 2022, issued on November 16, which suspended trading of the company's shares on Boursa Kuwait. The time limit for compliance with the resolution ended on 31 March 2023, during which the company did not submit any financial statements reflecting the financial impact of the notes processed within the decision. Additionally, the company failed to provide a weekly report to CMA on the developments and actions taken to deal with the share's suspension.
