Kayan United Real Estate Services Company (under liquidation) held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 6 March 2023. The EGM passed a resolution to permanently deregister the company's name from the records of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The shareholders who collectively own 83.148% of the company's capital were present at the meeting and approved the resolution. Additionally, the liquidator, Ayman Omar Mohammad Baz, was appointed to carry out the necessary procedures in accordance with the resolution.
