ABB Engineering Technologies Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 16 February 2023, and approved to amend Article (2) of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of its Articles of Association, as follows: Hitachi Energy Technologies - K.S.C.C. was established in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and this Articles of Association among the owners of the shares whose provisions are set forth hereafter, a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company called (Hitachi Energy Engineering Technologies - a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company).
