On 23 February 2023, during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held at the Al-Rashed Group Holding Company's headquarters, it was decided that "Stork Mechanical Works and Maintenance Company" would change its name to "Technical and Mechanical Works Specialists Company - a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company (K.S.C.C.) The change was made by amending Article (3) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of the Articles of Association to reflect the company's compliance with the Law Companies No. 1 of 2016, its amendments, and its executive regulations.
