(Closed) - under liquidation - invited its shareholders to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday, 6 March 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at its headquarters located in Sharq, Arraya Tower 2, Abdul Aziz Hamad Al-Saqer street, Al-Bazie’s office, 42nd floor. The AGM and EGM will discuss the liquidation of the company and deregister the Company’s name from Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s records. In the event that the quorum wasn’t met, the AGM will be postponed until Tuesday, 14 March 2023 at 10:30 in the same place.
