Petroleum Coal Industries Company has invited its shareholders to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday 2 March 2023, to discuss voting to elect two complementary members to its Board of Directors until the end of the current term. The Company said interested shareholders who may wish to join the Board of Directors are requested to submit an updated criminal record or their representative in board, pursuant to the guidelines outlined in the Companies Law No. 1 of 2016.
