The Board of Directors of Massaleh Real Estate Company (K.S.C.P) held a meeting on Tuesday, 24 January 2023, and agreed to terminate the property purchase agreement No. 4599/2018 with Corniche Marine Club Company, with no obligation to either party. The BOD also agreed to cancel and dissolve the financial obligation agreement signed between Massaleh Real Estate Company and Corniche Marine Club Company on 23 May 2022 due to lack of feasibility and the lack of a reason for the contract, emphasizing that there will be no financial impact from this decision at this time.
