AFAQ Educational Services Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 30 January 2023 at 10:00 a.m., in Sharq, KIPCO Tower, 33rd Floor, the main meeting room, to discuss approving the balance sheet and the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 August 2022, as well as distributing cash dividends of 80%, or 80 fils per share, to shareholders registered in the Company’s records as of the AGM date.
