Arabi Holding Group Company announced in a statement posted on Boursa Kuwait’s website that Arabi Enertech Company, one of its subsidiaries owned by (73%), has extended the banking facilities agreement with a local bank for KWD 13,729,520. The maturity date of the facility is 31 January 2023. As for the financial impact of this development, the Company stated that current and non-current liabilities will be reclassified.
