Arkan Rocks Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 7 December 2022, and approved the dissolution and liquidation of the company. The EGM approved the appointment of (Shaheen Khaled Al-Ghanim) as the Company’s liquidator for a period of one year, and set a liquidation fees of KWD 5,000.
