The Chairman and CEO of Al-Qurain Automotive Trading Company, Ahmed Al-Mutawa, revealed an agreement with “National Investments” and “EFG Hermes” companies, to prepare the company for listing on Boursa Kuwait. Al-Mutawa said in an exclusive statement to Al-Rai Newspaper that the Company’s listing, the second for a local automotive company, will take place immediately after the completion of the regulatory requirements required by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and other regulators, including preparing financial statements, governance reports, etc. The process is likely to take about a year after signing the agreement with the listing advisors. Al-Mutawa also indicated that the agreement with “National Investments” and “EFG Hermes” took place after the “Qurain Automotive held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and approved its listing, indicating that the main objective of listing the company’s share is to ensure its business continuity and successes.
