Aayan Leasing and Investment Company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait that it has bought 29.04% of the capital shares in an associate company (Tawazun Holding Company) for about KWD 10.5 million, raising its total shareholding in Tawazun Holding Company to 43.81%. According to Aayan, this will be reflected in the 4Q2022 financial statement as a decrease in cash and cash equivalents and a KWD 10.5 million increase in investments in associate companies.
