Eyas for Technical and Higher Education will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 15 December 2022 at 10:00 am in Sharq, KIPCO Tower, Main Meeting Room, 33rd Floor, to discuss the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute 208.7%, or 208.7 fils cash dividends, i.e., KWD 3.087 million, for shareholders registered in the company's records as of the AGM date. The company will also discuss and approve the financial statement for the financial year ended 31 August 2022.
