United Real Estate Company (URC) announced that the resolutions issued by its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) pertaining to its merger by way of amalgamation with United Towers Holding Company (UTHC) and Al-Dhiyafa Holding Company (ADHC), whereby URC is the merging entity and UTHC and ADHC are the merged entities, have been ratified and annotated on the commercial registry, after the completion of the period for considering the creditors’ objections in accordance with the provisions of Article 258 of Law No (1) of 2016, issuing the Companies Law and its Bylaws, as amended. The procedure of transferring ADHC’s and UTHC’s assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations to URC will commence after receiving the Capital Market Authority’s approval to execute the merger’s procedures.
