Hilal Cement Company held it Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, 15 November 2022, and approved adding a new objective, and to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, subject to obtaining the competent authorities’ approval, as follows: The Company’s objectives, for which it was established are as follows:  
- Import and export various types of cement.
- Acquire agencies to market and distribute different types of cement in the local market and overseas.  
- Rent, lease, establish, operate, and manage warehouses and silos necessary for supplying, preserving, and distributing cement.
- Import chemicals. The Company may have interests with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive to achieving its objects, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities, in Kuwait and abroad.
