Diyar Al-Kuwait Real Estate Company K.S.C. (Closed) invited its shareholders to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 8 December 2022 at 11:00 a.m., at Sharq, Khaled Bin Al-Waleed Street, Injazzat Tower, 3rd floor to discuss accepting the resignation of the independent board member, and to elect a complementary independent board member. The company said that in the event that the quorum wasn’t met, the AGM will be postponed until Thursday, 15 December 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the same place.
