In a filing to Boursa Kuwait, Securities House Company said that it had received authorization from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to acquire 100% of the capital of Gatehouse Capital - Economic and Financial Consultancy. The firm emphasized that it is now concluding the deal to transfer the Company's ownership following this authorization. Concerning the financial impact, the Company stated that once the transaction is completed and the payment is made, the value of the Company's assets will increase in proportion to the transaction value, and the Company's net cash will decrease by approximately KWD 3.5 million, in addition to creating a financing commitment of approximately KWD 3.5 million.
