Gulf Express Car Services Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, 8 May 2022 at the company's headquarters, and approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to add a new activity to the company's objectives, which is (importing chemicals related to the company's objectives). Accordingly, it was approved to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Company’s Articles of Association as follows:
-Express car services, sale of auto supplies, change and sale of tires, oils, and lubricants. -Own movable assets and real estate properties required to carry out the Company’s activities within the limits permitted by law. -Utilize the Company's surplus to invest it in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies. - Operate cars and trucks washing and lubricating stations to serve the company's objective. – The sale and installation of spare parts and supplies for cars and trucks. Import chemicals in lien with the company's objectives.
The Company may carry out the above-stated objectives in Kuwait or aboard on its behalf or on behalf of others. The company may have an interest or participate in any way with corporations that carry out similar business or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad, and it may establish, participate in, purchase, or attach these entities.
