Kuwait Paints Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, 8 May 2022 at the company’s headquarters, and passed a resolution amending Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, as follows:  
- Production, packaging and supply of oil and water dyes under the industrial license granted to the company. Import and export all raw materials and packaging materials necessary for the production of dyes and similar products and their derivatives. Represent foreign companies specialized in the manufacture, trade and packaging of dyes and similar and products and their subsidiaries. Import chemicals to serve the company's objectives.
The Company may carry out the above-stated objectives in Kuwait or aboard on its behalf or on behalf of others. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in accomplishing its objectives, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad.
