Al-Qurain Automotive Trading Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, 27 April 2022, and passed a resolution to list the Company’s shares for trading on Boursa Kuwait and authorized the Board of Directors to take all the necessary actions and sign all required agreements to finalize its listing. The EGM also approved amending Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association to add an additional activity (Import and sell chemicals, including car batteries to serve the Company’s objectives).
