AAN Digital Services Holding Company has made an announcement regarding the delisting of its shares from the Dubai Financial Market. This delisting will be effective from the end of the trading session on Friday, 26 May 2023. The company stated that this decision is a consequence of its prior delisting from Boursa Kuwait, which was mandated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait.
AAN Digital Services Holding Company further explained that the register of its shareholders will be transferred to the State of Kuwait, specifically to Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC). This transfer indicates the shift in the company's registration and management of shareholder records.
