The revised articles now state that the company is established in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Commercial Companies and its Articles of Association. Furthermore, it is identified as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company named BIT Petroleum Company (a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company), subject to approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
