Integrated Global Education Services (IIES) has scheduled its ordinary general assembly for the financial year ending on August 31, 2023, to take place on Monday, January 22, 2024. The agenda for the assembly includes the following items for discussion and approval: 

1. Reviewing the reports of the Board of Directors, auditor, and Sharia Supervisory Board, as well as addressing any financial and non-financial violations that have been reported by the relevant regulatory authorities for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2023. 
 
2. Discussion and approval of the financial statements and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending in August 2023. 

3. Deliberation on the recommendation put forward by the Board of Directors regarding the distribution of dividends to shareholders and the handling of transactions involving related parties in accordance with approved regulations for the fiscal year ending in August 2023, as well as the transactions to be conducted during the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2024. 

4. Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the remuneration of the Board members, their release and discharge from administrative and legal actions for the financial year ending on August 31, 2023, and the election of new Board members for the next three years. 
  
5. Appointment or reappointment of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the auditor of the Company for the financial year ending on August 31, 2024, and granting authorization to the Board of Directors to determine their respective fees.
