Digital Arabic Financial Services has approved the amendment of its objectives, as announced by the company. During its general assembly held on Monday, December 18, 2023, the assembly approved the modification of Article (6) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of the Articles of Association. The updated objectives are as follows: 
  
- Managing subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which the company has investments, providing necessary support as required. 

- Ownership and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, industrial designs, franchises, and other moral rights. These rights may be rented or licensed to the company's holding companies and other entities. 

- Providing financing or loans to companies in which the company holds shares or stakes, with appropriate guarantees. In such cases, the company's share in the borrowing company's capital should not be less than 20%. 

- Engaging in activities related to holding companies. 

- Ownership of real estate and movable assets necessary for the company's operations, in accordance with legal limits. 

- Operating as a management office for holding company activities. 

- Investing company funds in the trading of stocks, bonds, and other securities. 

- Owning shares exclusively for the company's account as a holding company.
