Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company has successfully acquired a stake in Credit One , totaling 19.99 million shares out of the total transaction value of 20 million shares issued by Kuwait Closed Holding Company. The transaction was conducted at a rate of 0.4746 fils per share, with a total amount of 9.49 million dinars acquired from the Arab Investment Company. Warba Insurance has stated that the financial impact of this acquisition will be disclosed at a later date.
