The General Assembly of Universe Educational Company, convened on Thursday, December 7, 2023, has approved amendments to Article (5) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of its Articles of Association. These amendments are in accordance with licensing and corporate activities, following the new international classification of activities and based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors. These changes ensure compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The revised articles now state the following:  

1. Management of kindergarten schools. 
2. Management of primary education schools for male and female students, including mixed-gender and students with special needs. 
3. Management of intermediate education schools for male and female students, including mixed-gender and students with special needs. 
4. Administration of secondary education schools for female students, mixed-gender, and individuals with special needs. 
5. Administration of private colleges and university institutes. 
6. Administration of private regular universities. 
7. Administration of private universities offering instruction through various mediums such as the Internet, radio, television, or correspondence. 
8. Management of higher institutes and education in the field of sports. 
9. Management of entertainment and sports education, including football, baseball, basketball, and cricket. 
10. Education in various disciplines such as gymnastics, horse riding, swimming, martial arts, yoga, and shooting. 
11. Management of recreational, educational, and training centers. 
12. Training programs on the maintenance and repair of electronic devices. 
13. Management of training institutes specializing in administrative, life skills, vocational, and eligibility training.
