The Extraordinary General Assembly of United Food Industries Group took place on Monday, December 11, 2023. During this assembly, the proposed amendments to Article (5) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of the Articles of Association were approved. The updated articles now read as follows: 
  
1. Production of ready-made meals and dishes. 
2. Provision of healthy meals. 
3. Restaurant management. 
4. Operation of a kitchen for meal preparation and supply to aircraft. 
5. Manufacturing various types of confectionery. 
6. Production of pies of all varieties. 
7. Manufacture of gateau, petifour, and cakes of all kinds. 
8. Manufacturing Arabic sweets of all types. 
9. Investment of company funds in the trading of stocks, bonds, and other securities. 
10. Buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company. 
11. Ownership of real estate and movable assets necessary for the company's activities, within the permitted legal limits. 

  The company is also authorized to have an interest in or participate in any way with entities engaged in similar businesses or that may support it in achieving its objectives, both in Kuwait and abroad. Furthermore, the company retains the right to establish, participate in, purchase, or merge with such entities as it deems necessary.
