Eyas Company for Academic and Technical Education has announced its upcoming ordinary general assembly, scheduled to take place tomorrow, Thursday, December 21, 2023. The assembly will be held at the Twenty-Two Project Management Company Building, located on Khalid Bin Al-Waleed Street in the capital, Sharq, on the 33rd floor. 

  During the assembly, discussions and approvals will be conducted for the financial statements of Eyas Company for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2023. 

  Additionally, the general assembly will address a proposal for the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders. The proposed amount is 217.5% (equivalent to 217.5 fils) which totals KD 2.175 million. These dividends will be distributed to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of the general assembly.
