The Bankruptcy Trustees Committee, consisting of Dr. Ali Owaid Cheap, Mr. Ahmed Duaij Al-Duaij, and Ms. Hanadi Hamoud Al-Bader, has announced the ruling in Case No. 380/2019 Commercial and Civil Government / 13. This ruling is supported by the judgments issued in appeals No. 3901/2019 and 406/2020 Commercial Cassation / 6, which confirm the bankruptcy of Investment Dar Company.  

Furthermore, in accordance with Application No. 134/2023 Bankruptcy Month issued by the Bankruptcy Department on October 29, 2023, all creditors are urged to submit their claims, along with the necessary documents, within 30 days from the date of this announcement. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in the rejection of the claim.
