Kuwait Lube Oil Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, 13 September 2022, and approved to add (importing chemicals) as an additional activity to its Memorandum of Incorporation. Accordingly, Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association were amended.
