The auction starts at a base price of KWD 6.802 million. (2) To participate in the auction, a payment of KWD 680,200, or 10% of the value of the base price is required, by issuing a certified cheque payable to Kuwait Financial Center - Clients - Local Portfolio. (3) A payment of 30% of the final sale value shall be paid during   the auction session or the following business day at the latest (after taking into account the initial insurance payment), through bank transfer or the issuance of a certified cheque payable to: Kuwait Financial Center - Clients - Local Portfolio. (4) The last portion of the payment shall be paid within five business days following bid award, through a bank transfer or the issuance of a certified cheque to Kuwait Financial Center - Clients - Local Portfolio. (5) The winning bid shall bear all fees and expenses related to amending Kuwait Aluminum Extrusion Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation to reflect the results of the public auction. (6) Interested parties who wish to review the Company’s information may access the virtual information room and obtain the terms and conditions after paying KWD 100 by issuing a certified cheque payable to Kuwait Aluminum Extrusion Company K.S.C (Closed). By making this payment, applicants acknowledge that they are aware of all the information and data related to the sale of the entire shares and assets of Kuwait Aluminum Extrusion Company (K.S.C.) Closed. (7) Interested applicant are required to sign an agreement to enter the public auction. (8) The process of transferring Aluminum Extrusion Company’s shares to the winning bidder shall be conducted according to the rules of trading unlisted securities (OTC) issued by Boursa Kuwait. (9) This announcement is published pursuant to applicable procedures and regulations of transferring the ownership of the Company's shares and assets and based on the request issued by the organization in charge of initiating the sale process.
