Closed, announced the opening of nomination for membership of its board of directors for a 3-years term the election during the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Company invited interested candidates who meet the terms and conditions set forth by the Companies Law, its executive regulations, and their amendments, as well as all applicable regulations, to submit their applications and all supporting documents, including a copy of the criminal record to the board of directors’ secretary during business hours, within two weeks, extending from Thursday, 13 October 2022 until Wednesday, 26 October 2022.
