Mashaer Holding Company (K.S.C.C) announced in a statement issued today, Monday, 10 October 2022 to Boursa Kuwait, that its affiliate, Masaa Real Estate Company K.S.C. (Closed) finalized a preliminary sale agreement for an investment property in Salmiya, at a value of KWD 1,735,000. As for the financial impact of this transaction, the company clarified that it will be reflected in its financial statements once the deal was finalized and the property ownership was transferred, as well as concluding all government procedures.
