Al-Kout Industrial Projects Company announced in a statement issued to Boursa Kuwait that it held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Tuesday, 4 October 2022 at the Company’s headquarters, and approved to elect a new board of directors consisting of Boubyan Petrochemical Company, Afaq Educational Services Company, Educational Holding Group, and Abdullah Al-Hamad Al-Saqer and Brothers Company, Kuwait Projects Group Fahd Al-Jouan and Partners, Mubarak Ali Al-Hamdan, and Jassem Haider Al-Shamali.

After discussing the items listed on the agenda, it was announced that Afaq Educational Services Company is an (elected) board member. As for the financial impact, the Company stated that there is no financial impact resulting from the resolutions approved in this meeting.
