In a statement issued to Boursa Kuwait, Arabi Group Holding Company announced that its affiliate, Arabi Enertech Company, has rescheduled a banking facility agreement with a foreign bank, amounting to KWD 3,561,986, from 1 November 2022 to 1 October 2025. As for the financial impact of this transaction, the Company clarified that it would result in the reclassification of current and non-current liabilities.
