North Africa Holding Company - a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company (Holding) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at its headquarters, to discuss the following items listed on its agenda:

Hear and approve the Board of Directors’ report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Hear and approve the auditor’s report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Discuss and approve the company’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

– Hear the violations report as monitored by the regulatory authorities for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, if any. Hear the transactions that have been or will take place with related parties for 2021 and that will take place in 2022. Discuss the board of directors’ recommendation not to make any distribution for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. Discuss absolving board members from any financial and legal actions for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

- Appoint or re-appoint the auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
